Privacy Policy
Lénor World operates the online store at lenorworld.com, selling women's clothing in India. This page explains what personal data we handle and why. Last updated 16 August 2026.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you order or create an account; what you ordered and in which size; review text; and anything you send us through the contact form. Your browser also tells us your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and which site or ad you arrived from.
When you add something to your bag we also save a copy of it — items, sizes and total — to our server against a random visitor ID, together with any email address or mobile number you give us for an offer or at checkout, so we can help you finish the order. This is deleted automatically after 7 days.
SMS and WhatsApp
A mobile number given at checkout is used for that order only: delivery updates, tracking, and a courier call if needed. We send offers, new arrivals or reminders about an unfinished bag only if you ticked the box asking for them, and we record when you did. Reply STOP to any message or email care@lenorworld.com to stop them.
Payments
Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. Card, UPI and netbanking details go straight to them and never touch our servers. We store only a payment reference and whether it succeeded.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the store: Razorpay (payments), Hostinger (order and catalogue storage), Vercel (hosting), Meta (advertising measurement, with email and phone irreversibly hashed), Microsoft Clarity (session recordings for bug-fixing), Bunny CDN and wsrv.nl (images), NimbusPost (shipping), Google (optional sign-in), Mappls and Photon (address suggestions), India Post (pincode lookup), Upstash (rate limiting) and Sentry (error reports). We do not sell your data.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can request access to your data, have it corrected, ask us to delete it (except records tax law requires us to keep), and withdraw consent for advertising measurement or session recording. Email care@lenorworld.com from the address on your order; we reply within 30 days.
Grievances
Write to care@lenorworld.com with "Privacy grievance" in the subject line. If we don't resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Lénor is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
