What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Netbanking, Wallets (PhonePe, Paytm, GooglePay) — all secured by Razorpay. We also offer Cash on Delivery.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
You pay ₹148 upfront online to confirm the order — that's a ₹99 order-confirmation advance plus a ₹49 COD handling fee. The remaining balance is collected by the courier when your order is delivered. The ₹148 paid online is non-refundable in case of cancellation, return, or refused delivery.
Why is there a ₹49 COD handling fee?
The ₹49 handling fee covers the carrier's cash-collection costs. It's charged upfront alongside the ₹99 advance (₹148 total). You can avoid it by paying online (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets — all secured by Razorpay).
Do you have any discount codes?
Yes! Use SAVE5 for 5% off on orders ₹2,499 and above, or SAVE10 for 10% off on orders ₹4,999 and above. Apply at checkout — cannot be combined with other offers.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered in 4–10 business days. Tier-1 cities (Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad) are typically faster (3–6 days).
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on all orders across India, including COD — no minimums, no hidden fees.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking link and AWB number from our courier partner.
How do I know my size?

I'm between two sizes. Which should I pick?
For a fitted look, size down. For a relaxed look, size up. Email us if you want a personal recommendation — send your bust/waist/hip measurements and we'll suggest.
What's your return policy?
Returns within 2 days of delivery, with original tags and unworn condition. Full policy at lenorworld.com/returns-exchange.
When will I get my refund?
Refund is initiated within 2 business days after we receive and quality-check the returned item. A flat ₹89 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. Bank credit takes another 5–7 business days.
Is return shipping free?
Outbound shipping to you is free on every order. Return shipping is a flat ₹89, borne by the customer and deducted from your refund — we'll arrange the courier pickup so you don't have to.
How should I care for my Lénor pieces?
Gentle machine wash cold, do not bleach, iron on low to medium heat, wash with similar colours. Each product page also lists fabric-specific care instructions.
Are your fabrics ethically sourced?
Yes. We work directly with small mills and tailoring units in India. Every piece is quality-checked before shipping.
